Since launch of Aero Aviation News and its publications, privacy and control of data is our most paramount importance. You can be assured that we shall always continue to monitor guidance and regulations, we shall always do what is necessary to keep your data safe and secure.
We do not collect or track or collect any sensitive information about you. This includes personal information such as your race, gender, religion, ethnicity or political opinion. We do not sell or share data with other organisations or individuals, nor shall we.

Information we collect
We need certain information to provide our products and services, such as an email address to receive an email newsletter. Most of this information is readily available from your business card.
When you access our online products we may collect information such as: the type of browser or email product you are using; the device you are reading it on; the pages you have viewed on our website, your IP address and location. However, this information is mostly anonymous, so we may know which company is accessing a story but not who is reading it. We can also see which links you have clicked on in emails.
We also collect comments and email conversations between our publications. Some of these may be stored in our contact management database.

AAN uses social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
How we store your data
We store your information securely and hold it for as long as we need to in order provide our services and products to you in accordance with the law. If you have not interacted with us in any way, we will generally no longer hold your information after 5 years. If it involves payments, we may hold it for more than seven years or longer for tax and legal reasons.
If you ask us to no longer contact you, it must be in writing, for example if you do not wish to receive marketing emails or free publications, we will retain the minimum amount of information about you so that we can ensure we remove you from any future communications. We can, if you ask, completely remove all your information, in which case all data will be deleted with the excepted any data that is required to be kept for legal purposes i.e. tax or HMRC purposes.

We take information security seriously. We limit who has access to your information and ensure that those who do are legally bound to keep your information availability restricted and safe
